Eqilibration

The FMA range of Equilibration conveyors are of 304 stainless steel construction.

The key function is to accumulate large volumes of product typically after a thermal process and provide a holding time span to allow for product equilibration before further processing in a continuous production line.

The conveyor belt can be of a stainless steel configuration or in some cases a modular plastic belt can be used. These equilibration systems can be made in almost any size/capacity to suit any application ranging from 1,000KgHr through to 15,000KgHr. The equilibration conveyors are typically very wide large conveyor systems or may comprise of multiple levels or a spiral type configuration.
