Batter Applicator

The FMA range of Batter applicators are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. These applicators are capably of light & heavy type batters. They typically utilize an open mesh or link wire conveyor belt for product transport through the applicator, the coating is pumped using low shear pumps to a curtain above the product and a flooded pan below, the system also is fitted with air knife strippers to remove excess coating. The applicators are primarily used to coat items of food with a batter coating prior to pre frying. FMA can custom manufacture your item to suit your application and needs.
